We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our work:

• Contact details you submit through our quote builder, booking form, or contact form — typically your name, email, phone number, and business name.
• Project details you share with us, such as your goals, content, and any notes you provide.
• Payment information, which is entered directly into Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics (aggregate page views and traffic) to understand how the site is used. Our analytics do not use tracking cookies or build advertising profiles.
• Limited information stored in your browser (local storage) — for example, your in-progress quote — so you don’t lose your work if you refresh. This stays on your device.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and schedule calls.
• Deliver, manage, and support the services you engage us for.
• Process payments and send transactional emails (confirmations, updates).
• Maintain, secure, and improve our website.
• Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed to provide our services. These currently include:

• Stripe — secure payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional and notification emails.
• Vercel and Render — website and application hosting.
• MongoDB Atlas — securely storing project and contact records.

Data retention

We keep project and contact records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards — including HTTPS encryption in transit — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Opt out of certain processing.

How to exercise your rights

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
