Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident working with us. This policy explains how deposits, refunds, and cancellations work. It is consistent with our Terms of Service and any signed Client Services Agreement.
Before work begins
If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit is fully refundable — just email us.
After work begins
Once we’ve started discovery, design, or development, the deposit becomes non-refundable, because it reserves our production time and planning capacity. If you cancel after work has begun, you remain responsible for the work completed and time reserved through the cancellation date.
Completed and launched projects
Projects that have been completed and launched are not eligible for refunds, as the work has been delivered.
Care plans
Optional monthly care plans can be canceled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate partial months.
